Join us for a foundational-based workshop designed to deepen your understanding and practice of meditation, and breath work. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this workshop comprehensively introduces the essential elements of a mindful and balanced life.

What you'll learn in the 2-hour workshop:

Meditation:

Techniques: Learn different meditation techniques to calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. Guided Sessions: Participate in guided meditations to experience profound relaxation and inner peace, integrated with breath-work techniques learned below.

Breath-work (Pranayama):

Breathing Techniques: Learn and experience different pranayama techniques to improve lung capacity, increase energy, and balance your nervous system.

Breath Awareness: Develop a deeper awareness of your breath, learning to use it as a tool for emotional regulation and overall well-being. Practical Application: Incorporate breath-work into guided meditations with mindfulness techniques, that you can take into your daily life for enhanced wellbeing and vitality.

Date: August 11th 2-4pm Cost: $35 per person You can purchase a ticket via our website, bank transfer or pay cash.

What to Bring:

- Comfortable clothing

- A water bottle to stay hydrated if you wish

- An open mind and a willingness to learn.

Please note all yoga equipment is provided.

This workshop is taught by Janine, Anahata's studio manager. Janine is an experienced yoga teacher and functional movement coach with over 30 years experience in the field of health and wellness.

We also have a yoga beginners workshop right after if you would like to combine yoga, meditation and breathwork for an afternoon of serenity and rebalancing!
