Book a Class


Our Classes

Anahata Studio combines the ancient art of yoga in a modern and down to earth setting.

 

We go beyond traditional yoga, and offer a diverse range of classes suitable for every body, from the absolute beginner to the seasoned yogi as well as offering specialty classes and one-off classes or courses in other wellness areas.

It’s recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts, wear comfortable clothing, and avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand. If you have any injuries or health conditions, please let the instructor know before the class begins.
