What is Anahata Yoga Studio?    
Anahata Yoga Studio is a place for you to come and practice yoga in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. We offer a variety of classes to suit all levels of experience and abilities.    

   
What are the benefits of practicing yoga?    
Yoga can help improve flexibility, balance, strength, and overall physical health. It can also help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity, and promote a sense of well-being.    
   

Do I need to bring my own equipment to class?    
No, we provide all the necessary equipment, such as mats and props, for your yoga practice.   
   

What types of classes does Anahata Yoga Studio offer?    
Anahata Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes, including Hatha, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. We also offer specialty classes such as pregnancy yoga and courses on topics such as meditation and mindfulness, beginners yoga and breathwork. 
   

Do I need to have any prior experience with yoga to attend classes?    
No, we welcome students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our experienced teachers will help guide you through the practice and ensure that you feel comfortable and supported.   
   

How do I sign up for a class at Anahata Yoga Studio?    
You can sign up for a class through our website or when you come to class. We recommend signing up in advance to secure your spot. Please see the how-to videos below on how to sign-up as a new clients and book into a class. Pa
yments can be made online via debit/credit card if you use our booking system, bank transfer or cash.
   

What is the best way to prepare for a yoga class?    
It’s recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts, wear comfortable clothing, and avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand. If you have any injuries or health conditions, please let the instructor know before the class begins.
