What to experience at Anahata Yoga studio

We here at Anahata Yoga Studio have created a relaxed, calm place for you to come and enjoy. We have many classes for all levels 


Gentle classes through to stronger classes, beginners courses, private yoga therapy sessions, and a weekly class specially designed for Pregnancy. Our fully trained teachers cover all levels of yoga. We focus on teaching traditional yoga with a creative flow and a touch of fun. 


Classes are offered throughout the week and at weekends.
