Pregnancy Yoga

Most Sundays, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. 

Nurture your body with Anahata Pregnancy Yoga. Our supportive yoga classes are designed specifically for your pregnancy and will help you find more ease and comfort in your ever-changing body throughout your pregnancy journey.  

Our classes also explore breathing techniques and visualisations to create balance and peace within.

  • All expectant mums are welcome.

  • No prior yoga experience is needed.

  • Wear comfortable sports clothing. 

  • Yoga mats, bolster, blocks, and blankets are available in the studio, but you may choose to bring your own.

  • Bring a bottle of water 

  • Arrive 15 minutes before class 

  • Please get a doctor's clearance to do yoga exercise

  • Tell us of any injuries or concerns on arrival 

  • Standard Anahata Yoga pricing applies
