Yin classes will recommence after Easter.  

The next, last Friday of every month, Restorative/Yin practice is on 31st March 6pm to 7.15 and will be taken by Jennifer

We here at Anahata Yoga Studio have created a relaxed calm place for you to come to.  We have many classes with different levels for you to choose from. Gentle classes through to stronger classes, beginners courses, private yoga rehab sessions, private yoga therapy sessions and also a weekly class specially designed for Pregnancy.

Our trained teachers can cover all levels of yoga and we teach traditional yoga with a creative flow and a touch of fun.  We offer classes throughout the week and weekends.  Workshops are also offered throughout the year with visiting teachers from here and also overseas. These workshops are very sort after so please book early to avoid disappointment as numbers are often limited.

$10 classes  - a reduced practice but still very AWESOME for us

- Friday 12 to 12.55pm Structured attentive Yoga with Ian
