We here at Anahata Yoga Studios are passionate about sharing our love of yoga with you.
We have created a lovely space for you to look within, soft lighting and candles, gentle background music, bamboo and greenery. We use the beautiful Manduka mats but do feel free to bring your own.
Let us guide you though a small meditation, sometimes sitting, sometimes moving, to bring you into a quiet place to allow you to bring your attention to the following asanas, which will help you with movement and strength as well as bringing flexibility and fluidity into your body. We will also help you with some twists and turns to release and help unlock the spine and rejuvenate your body, bringing suppleness and full movement into your spine. We follow with a guided relaxation in a supported restorative position to help you truly relax.
